FLYROTOR 280A controller utilizes a high-performance 32-bit RISC-V industrial-grade microprocessor, designed with high integration and performance. It incorporates optimized architecture and high-speed interruption processing, ensuring accurate response under high rotational speeds. With a core frequency of 120MHz, it achieves near-zero latency processing speed. Additionally, it integrates functionalities such as a 12-bit ADC for precise data acquisition, multi-channel amplifier for various comparisons, and multiple communication interfaces, significantly simplifying system design.

For hardware configuration, the FLYROTOR 280A controller adopts an independently developed chip connected to high-precision MOS tube drive circuits. This design provides sufficient and stable drive power, guaranteeing fast MOS transistor switching. It enhances system responsiveness and reliability by drastically reducing switching delay and rotor misalignment under dynamic conditions. For high-speed scenarios, low internal resistance, high-power MOS transistors are employed to ensure effective utilization of the drive capability, significantly improving drive system performance.

Furthermore, the controller is equipped with programmable SBEC systems. It not only supports high-power output but also includes overvoltage and overload protection functions, offering users secure and lightweight 2S battery response options, meeting various application requirements.
