The welding time and current of the welding point to the welding point can be adjusted in the range of 0.02-0.1s, the current is 40%-100%, the left front button adjusts the time, and the right front button adjusts the current. (For safety reasons, adjust the current knob to the custom plastic handle of the potentiometer, the torque tank is slightly smaller.)
3. Insulate and connect the foot switch to the city. Even if it is safe to touch, the foot switch can only be welded once no matter how long it is. The second time it needs to be lowered during spot welding to fall.
4. Add anti-shake circuit breaker to prevent jitter caused by welding to the contact point switch when the foot is switched. The 100A control panel will be replaced with a bright LED, connected to a red light source, and the green light will be on when welding. This is normal.
