Usage Method:
1. Remove the USB plug
2. Access to power bank
3. Press the power bank output switch
4. Press and hold the chest temperature control switch for 2-3 seconds
5. Red light flashing, automatic temperature control heating
6. The manual adjustment is in the third gear, the red light is continuous high temperature heating, the green light is continuous medium temperature heating, and the blue light is continuous low temperature heating
7. Press the chest temperature control switch for 2-3 seconds, and turn off the lamp to stop heating
